On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Snow to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Kindway effective January 5, 2026. 

We look forward to welcoming Ryan as he transitions to Kindway from Vineyard Church Sawmill Campus where he has served as Lead Campus Pastor since 2021.  We have confidence Ryan will lead our organization with heart, faith and with a vision to expand our reach and deepen our impact with incarcerated men and women both in Central Ohio and beyond.

Ryan brings a wealth of experience in non-profit management, community development, faith formation, organizational development and expansion.  Ryan has a proven track record of success in starting, leading and growing organizations, building strong donor relationships and expanding Christs’ work here on earth.  Ryan demonstrates many of the attributes and values we cherish at Kindway and aligns well with our mission.

On behalf of the Board, I would like to congratulate Ryan on his new role with Kindway.  We are confident that under Ryan’s leadership we will continue building on the strong foundation Kindway has today, as we continue to serve and transform the lives of incarcerated men and women.
